	Family Owned and operated, Old Delta Canoeworks is run by Dave Alguire and his son. click here for directions/map to the rural section of Leeds County, near Athens Ontario where they are located. Dave is a member of: Wooden Canoe Builders Guild Wooden Canoe Heritage Association Canadian Recreational Canoeing Association Ontario Recreation Canoeing Association and holds ORCA canoe tripping II and ORCA lake water II certification as well as being a certified ORCA flat water instructor. As well, Dave has been heavily involved in Scouts Canada for over 20 years, and has been active in the Leeds & Grenville County Board of Education canoeing program for public schools since 1983.
